Position Title: Account Director

Salary Range: S$100,000 – S$150,000 per annum (plus performance bonuses)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Director to join our growing advertising marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, overseeing campaign strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative work that meets and exceeds client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Lead and mentor a team of account executives and managers.
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and media teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Manage client budgets and agency resources effectively.
- Present campaign strategies and creative concepts to clients.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the agency’s quality standards and client objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into client strategies.
- Resolve any client issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in advertising or marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior account management role.
- Proven track record of managing and growing key client accounts.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing communications and various media channels.
- Experience in team leadership and mentoring.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
