These Global Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of CO.1TWH.COM (“Platform”), a worldwide HR recruitment solution. By accessing the Platform, you agree to comply with:

  • All applicable local labor laws in your jurisdiction
  • GDPR (EU), CCPA/CPRA (California), PIPEDA (Canada), and other international data protection regulations
  • ILO Standards for ethical recruitment

2. Platform Services

The Platform provides:
For Candidates: Job search tools, profile creation, and application submission
For Employers: Job posting, candidate sourcing, and recruitment analytics
For Partners: API integrations with global ATS systems


3. Global User Obligations

A. Universal Requirements

  • Provide accurate, lawful, non-discriminatory content
  • Prohibit fraud, spam, or misrepresentation
  • Comply with anti-bribery laws (FCPA, UK Bribery Act)

B. Regional-Specific Rules

5. Financial Terms (Employers)

Global Payment Structure

  • Currency: USD (default) or local currency options
  • Taxes: Employer responsible for VAT/GST where applicable
  • Refunds: Governed by:
  • 14-day cooling period (EU)
  • Service credit model (Other regions)

6. Intellectual Property

  • Platform IP: All software, algorithms, and UI designs are proprietary
  • User Content:

7. Liability & Disclaimers

  • No guarantee of hire or candidate suitability
  • Exclusion of consequential damages (where permitted by law)

8. Dispute Resolution
