Position Title: Graphic Designer

Salary Range: S$40,000 – S$70,000 per annum (plus performance bonuses)
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including advertisements, social media graphics, websites, and more. This role involves working closely with the creative team to develop cohesive visual identities that drive brand recognition and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visual elements for marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., social media, websites, print ads).
- Collaborate with copywriters and art directors to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Develop and maintain brand style guides and design systems.
- Conduct research to stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies.
- Create prototypes and mockups to present design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and messaging.
- Assist in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns.
- Manage design files and assets efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design or related roles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in design styles and formats.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is a plus.
