Position Title: Account Strategist

Salary Range: S$65,000 – S$100,000 per annum (plus performance bonuses)
Job Summary
We are seeking an insightful and analytical Account Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans that align with client objectives, conducting market research, and providing data-driven recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies based on client goals, market analysis, and consumer insights.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with account management and creative teams to ensure strategy alignment across all campaign elements.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Present strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to new business pitches and proposals.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through strategic guidance.
- Mentor junior team members on strategic thinking and planning.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy or related roles.
- Strong understanding of various marketing channels and their strategic applications.
- Experience with market research tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
